Bill Erdle, founder of William J. Erdle Compensation Consulting, LLC., brings extensive compensation experience to the firm. He has been in this field since 1975, working primarily for both compensation consulting firms and for high technology companies in the Pacific Northwest.
He was Compensation Programs Manager at Mentor Graphics Corporation before starting his current company in 1991, and he has held compensation positions at John Fluke Manufacturing and at Intel Corporation. Bill won Intel's Division Recognition Award for his work in Human Resources while at this company.
His consulting experience includes positions with Compensation Resources, LLC, later renamed to William J. Erdle Compensation Consulting, LLC, Psychological Research Services, a consulting group affiliated with Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and with Fallis & Associates in Seattle, Washington.
Bill also has been a guest lecturer for the University of Portland, Portland Community College, ConcordiaUniversity, the American Electronics Association Oregon Human Resources Council, the Software Association of Oregon, and the Society for Human Resources Management.

Bill graduated cum laude from the University of Washington (Phi Beta Kappa) where he received a BS degree in psychology. He then was awarded a full scholarship to Case Western Reserve University where he obtained a master's degree in industrial psychology.
